As a Nutritional Therapist I offer comprehensive nutrition consultations which involve identifying & assessing a person’s nutritional requirements & deficiencies and then advising on a personalised dietary, lifestyle and nutritional supplement plan.
Information gathered from the questionnaire and during the consultation include dietary habits, health & family history, medications, psychological and emotional factors and lifestyle. These are some of the many factors that will be discussed in-depth.
Sometimes lab / functional tests are recommended as a means to pinpoint deficiencies and biochemical issues.
Information gathered enables me to draw up an individualised personal action plan, outlining a diet, lifestyle and specific nutrient programme (including recipes and handouts). This is emailed or posted to you following the consultation.
